Working Student – Strategic Customer Service Program (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities
Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks
- Support Customer Service (CS) Transformation Team for project work and conceptualizing/ implementation of global initiative transformation program
- Preparation & revision of presentations, analyses and research & evaluation of data
- Organizational support: setting meetings & workshops, creation and update of relevant platforms (BSH Wiki & Intranet folders & documents)
- Liaise with various internal/ external stakeholders in an international setting
Your profile
- Currently pursuing a master's degree (business, economics, or similar)
- Already have practical experience(s) as intern / working student (at BSH or other companies)
- Team player, independent, systematic, organized, good and clear communication (spoken and written)
- Very good MS Office skills, enjoys working in an international/ multi-culture setup
- Fluency in English
