As a working student, we offer you exciting and high variety of tasks and the opportunity to be part of our team in Ludwigshafen for at least 6 months. Depending on your study and personal interest, the tasks may include below areas:
- As part of your new role, you will support the team to implement Battery Material Responsible Sourcing (BMRS) management system with supplier questionnaires, data collection, data analysis, and documentation. You may also actively contribute to the (further) development of our responsible sourcing management process.
- You will be actively involved in themaintenance, collect, categorization and design of presentations and training materials and carry out research on selected topics under guidance of the team.
- Furthermore you also support us in internal training and consulting those involved in management processes.
- You will support administrative tasks of responsible sourcing team, such as meeting organization, document management, and contribute into our team knowledge management process.
- In field of battery materials, you may monitor and conduct internal report on social medians, laws and regulations, ESG & sustainability related researches and articles.
- Last but not least, you are also highly encouraged to exchange ideas in cooperation with various global contacts in the area of responsible sourcing, and develop concepts in the relevant fields.
- student of business administration, law, political/social sciences, or sustainability management
- interest in gaining initial and further experience in global sustainability management of supply chains
- analytical and logical way of thinking as well as independent, structured and reliable work style
- excellent communication skills in German and English, other languages like Chinese, French, or Spanish are a plus
- good skills on Microsoft Office, especially Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
