Working Student Reporting & HR Analytics (m/f/d)

As a working student in our General Services EMEA team, you will support us in different reporting and analytics topics, such as visualizing important HR data, optimizing HR processes and creating valuable insights for the HR team and business. In particular:

• You extract data from systems and link, analyze and visualize it for different HR topics such as personnel planning, talent management, personnel administration.
• You contribute to the creation and implementation of new dashboards on various HR topics.
• Last but not least, you work on the automation of various HR reports as well as the visualization of processes and, if necessary, implementation with PowerApps.

• ongoing studies in business administration, business informatics, social sciences or a related subject area
• creativity and affinity for IT topics
• ability to work in a team, innovative way of thinking and strong communication skills
• knowledge and interest in data exploration, analysis and visualization; ideally knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Visier
• fluent communication in English. Knowledge of German and other European languages (especially Spanish) is a plus
