Within the HR Services EMEA department, we are committed to deliver the highest quality of service to our BASF partners in Belgium and The Netherlands.  

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented working student to join our team. In this role, you will support our recruitment specialists in Belgium and The Netherlands identifying and attracting top talent. Your excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and strong communication abilities will be key to your success.   

 You will play a crucial role in the hiring process, from screening resumes and coordinating interviews to maintaining candidate databases and ensuring a seamless experience for applicants.   

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are responsible for talent acquisition for the Belgian/Dutch BASF brands.    
• This includes assisting in the hiring process through planning, screening and rejecting candidates.    
• You are responsible for establishing a constructive relationship with Local HR and the hiring managers in Belgium and The Netherlands.    
• You organize and schedule interviews for local HR in Belgium and The Netherlands.    
• You ensure that questions from Belgian/Dutch employees on recruitment related issues are answered promptly via phone and e-mail.    
•  You collaborate in internal projects and encourage the best practice sharing amongst our European HR teams.    
•  You reinforce our employer brand and ensure exceptional candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment life cycle. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are a student looking for a working student opportunity as part of your studies.  
• You are attentive to details, flexible, communicative, as well as accustomed to working both independently and as part of a team.  
• You are fluent in English and knowledge of Dutch language is a pre. 
• First experience in recruitment/talent acquisition. 
• Experience and confidence in using MS-Office programs would also help in this role.   
• Good knowledge of Excel.  
• 20 hours availability per week.  

Please note: for this position you must be enrolled as a student at a college or university in Europe and live in Germany.
