WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

For the Digitalization & Business Processes Nutrition & Health unit, we are seeking a motivated and proactive working student for 10 to 20 hours per week for at least 4 months to support our Project Management Office, Change Management and Communication efforts. Our team handles a wide range of initiatives from large ERP transformation projects to focused change requests to boost our customer's experience.

• In this role, you assist in organising and coordinating meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes.
• Your responsibilities include updating project reports with the latest progress on tasks and milestones.
• You also review budget reports and point out deviations or possible overruns to ensure financial oversight.
• Additionally, you help identify potential risks and issues as well as developing strategies to mitigate them.
• You assist in developing change management measures and track the progress of these initiatives through key performance metrics.
• Finally, you facilitate effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• enrolled student in business administration, project management, information technology or a related field
• strong interest in project management, change management and communication
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• an open-minded and interested personality
