ABOUT THIS ROLE
Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for an enthusiastic, Working Student – IT Support who will support us building and preserving trusting relationships with our internal customers. In this role, you will be helping Audible to be a great place to work by supporting your colleagues with on-site assistance, stock management, hardware preparations/disposal, desk setups and more.
You will feel comfortable in this role if you enjoy working with data in a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering accurate results, and have a passion for technology and media, specifically spoken word audio.
As a Working Student in IT Support, you will...
- Act as a person of contact for office’s desk and meeting room setups
- Coordinate our local hardware stock and asset management including unboxing, imaging, wiping and disposal of end of life hardware
- Support with administrative tasks in the front and back office area
- Provide on-site IT-related assistance to other Audible teams
- Create and update internal wiki pages and SOPs
- Triage incoming IT support requests
- Support our daily activities

OUR OFFER
Student position for 20h per week
Compensation of €15.30 per hour
Contribution on the long-run (ideally 1 to 2 years)

International work environment, flexible working hours
- Microsoft Office (user)
- Basic knowledge of desk setups (installation and cabling)
- Basic knowledge of Windows (10&11) installation
- Business fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Customer oriented and comfortable interacting with colleagues of different functions and seniority levels
- Roll-up-your-sleeves approach and results oriented attitude to try different tasks with minimal direction.
- Organization and problem solving skills
- Fluency in other EU languages is a plus
- Previous work experience in an IT Support related environment is a plus (setting up /maintaining conference room, handling ticketing systems is a plus, etc.)
- Experience with MacOS setup is a plus
