Your responsibilities
Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks
- Drive process excellence by shaping strategy, creating templates, and facilitating communication
- Orchestrate end-to-end process mapping by preparing, coordinating, and hosting insightful workshops
- Document processes efficiently using Signavio or other advanced tools for time and effort analysis
- Foster global alignment by collaborating with country HR process experts to ensure adherence to templates and drive new initiatives
- Extract insights by consolidating data and identifying automation potential
Your profile
- Bachelors and or Masters
- Actual work experience in Human Resources is a huge plus but not mandated
- Fluency in English and German
