WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Are you passionate about sustainability and communication? Join our Global Sustainability Communications team at BASF Agricultural Solutions as a Working Student for 20 hours/week. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our sustainability initiatives and enhance our communications strategy on a global scale.

• In your new role, you develop, adapt and refine engaging written content for various channels, ensuring it aligns with global communication objectives and resonates with our target groups.
• You create and deliver engaging communication materials, such as articles, infographics, short-form videos, social media content, presentations and website copies, to effectively convey our sustainability efforts and innovations to a broad audience.
• Additionally, you collaborate with the team and the global community to create new innovative concepts aimed at introducing and promoting our sustainability topics, ultimately increasing our advocacy and awareness relative to our peers.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of communication campaigns that highlight our sustainability efforts and achievements is part of your tasks.
• Lastly, you support the team in analyzing and comparing competitor sustainability strategies as well as conducting research and gathering insights to inform our communication strategies and content development.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• enrolled in a relevant university degree program (e.g. Communications, Marketing, Agriculture, Environmental Sciences or a related field)
• proficient in content creation tools for video editing, graph designing (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• familiarity with communication strategies, creative asset production and digital marketing as well as strong writing skills, with the ability to produce clear and engaging content for diverse audiences
• passion for sustainability and agriculture
• ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment while adapting to varying communication needs and be present at our Limburgerhof office two-three days a week
• proficient English communication skills (both written and verbal)
