WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Become part of the Commercial Excellence team and get to know BASF's business processes.

• As a working student, you improve chatbot interactions with generative AI models (e.g. GPT, LLaMA, Claude).    
• You work with Salesforce AI (Einstein Bots, Service Cloud AI) and Microsoft AI Agents (Azure AI, Copilot, Power Virtual Agents) to automate workflows.    
• Furthermore, you analyze chatbot conversations to identify gaps and suggest improvements.    
• You support the integration of multi-agent AI systems to enhance automation and decision-making.
• Last but not least, collaborating with customer service and sales teams to improve AI-powered interactions is also part of your role.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• enrolled student in business informatics, computer science or business administration
• expertise in chatbots, generative AI and automation
• basic knowledge of statistics, business administration, statistical programs and business data systems
• fluent English skills
