Als Werkstudent im Bereich HR Operations wirst Du Teil unseres People Experience Teams, das die operative Personalbetreuung von insgesamt fünf Ländern im Raum EMEA verantwortet. Du bekommst Einblick in die Personalarbeit eines weltweit agierenden Unternehmens und kannst nach kurzer Einarbeitung selbständig Dein Wissen in die Praxis umsetzen. Deine Arbeitszeit von maximal 20 Stunden pro Woche (in den Semesterferien gern mehr) teilst Du flexibel ein und kannst teilweise von zu Hause arbeiten.

• Als Teil des People Experience Teams übernimmst Du operative HR-Tätigkeiten für die Unternehmen der eBay-Gruppe in Deutschland sowie weiteren Ländern
• Du lernst die unterschiedlichen Bereiche der Mitarbeiterbetreuung, von der Vertragserstellung über die Betreuung während der Anstellung bis hin zum Austritt kennen
• Du bearbeitest nach kurzer Zeit Mitarbeiteranfragen und -anliegen im persönlichen Kontakt, per Ticketsystem und Chat eigenständig
• Du erstellst relevante Dokumente und pflegst Mitarbeiterdaten in HR-Systemen und der elektronischen Personalakte

• Eingeschriebener Bachelor- oder Masterstudent
• Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Personalarbeit, starke Kundenorientierung sowie Leidenschaft für die Erbringung von Servicedienstleistung, gepaart mit detailorientierter und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
• Sicherer Umgang mit Standardsoftware (v. a. MS Word, Outlook und Excel) sowie Lernbereitschaft für neue Tools
• Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Erfahrungen im Bereich Human Resources und arbeitsrechtliche Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
