The Vice President of Products and Marketing will aid in meeting KPIs for lease/finance penetration, non-asset-based revenue generation, and other operational objectives within designated budgets. The diverse reporting departments, product portfolios, programs, sales support, and marketing campaigns strive to stimulate product sales and bolster brand development efforts. These initiatives, in turn, aim to elevate dealer and customer loyalty while complementing OEM sales strategies.

VP, Products and Marketing
- Develop and implement products and Programs for Dealers and customers that drive PFS revenue and support OEM sales targets and KPI’s. (Porsche (PCNA) /Bentley (BMI)/Lamborghini (ALA) /Bugatti/Rimac)
- Lead multiline business units including Ancillary Products, Porsche Auto Insurance and Mobility Services, including third-party relationship oversight, product development and full P/L responsibility.
- Responsible for the design and implementation of all marketing, CRM and communication strategies with a focus on customer acquisition and loyalty in line with Porsche’s luxury strategy.
- Oversee financial services reporting (related to sales support programs and product portfolios) to drive results and ensure KPI’s are met.
- Responsible for all Marketing related budgeting and forecasting for PFS’ core business and multiline businesses for all OEM brands.
- Contribute to PFSUS’ overall strategy and corporate KPI results as a Senior Leadership Team member.
- Foster a corporate culture which embodies the Porsche Code of Conduct and PFS Culture Pillars with consistency and high employee satisfaction.
Multiline Business Management
- Responsible for PFS’ ancillary protection plan products portfolio, including Safe Guard Inc, (SGI) vendor management, product development, budgeting/forecasting and profitability (US and Canada).
- Responsible for the Porsche Auto Insurance product including Mile Auto vendor management, strategic product development, introduction and expansion in US market.
- Support ongoing exploration, development and implementation of additional business opportunities to generate bottom-line profitability.
Mobility Services
- Lead development of overall strategy, sales execution, operational management, and financial contribution for mobility services.
- Develop implementation plans for future mobility concepts, including program design, product offerings, pricing, and communication strategy.
Product and Program Management
- Lead ongoing product development for core business offerings (lease/retail) to refine and expand products to achieve Strategy 2030 goals.
- Develop and implement sales support programs for financial services offerings which ensure alignment with importer sales goals. (US and Canada for BMI/ALA/Bugatti/Rimac)
- Develop and implement approved initiatives with the US sales companies in the context of the cooperation model to achieve Strategy 2030 objectives.
- Oversee development of financial services presentations for corporate and importer events to ensure mutual success.
- Oversee ongoing benchmark competitive financial services products from OEM captives and banks to analyze competitive interest rate and residual value positioning to derive program recommendations.
Marketing Communications
- Responsible for developing marketing strategies for all product offerings to support profitability goals as defined in the PFS Group Strategy.
- Responsible for developing hyper-targeted marketing technology strategy including content development and related channel distribution in line with new target groups and luxury strategy.
- Oversee development and publication of financial services sales support programs, pricing program bulletins and Dealer network information notices.
- Oversee financial services consumer Point of Sale (PoS) collateral materials and digital content, including promotional and corporate Merchandising to support objectives.
- Responsible for experiential events designed to drive customer and dealer engagement.
- Ensure compliance of financial services products and corresponding communications with regulatory and legal requirements.
Required qualifications
Education and Professional Experience
- Master of Business Administration (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products

Required professional experience
- 10+ years of work experience in a leadership role with the responsibility for B2B (Dealer) and B2C (Customer) marketing and product management.
- Detailed knowledge of automotive financial services business, especially in multiple brand environment, marketing communications design (print, digital), editorial, and creative processes.
- Practical experience of marketing automation and CRM tools within a financial services environment.
The salary range for this role is $210,000-$240,000. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
