• Commercial or technical basic education with at least four years of work experience
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
• High flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations
• Experience in aviation is an advantage
• A solution-oriented and proactive working approach
• Good planning and organisation skills
• A high affinity for IT platforms and experience in LMS/TMS system maintenance are essential
• German at native speaker level as well as very good written and spoken English skills are essential
