Together with a high competent and diverse team, you can develop new winter and all-season tire lines and develop the latest winter tires for various car manufacturers worldwide.Your tasks and responsibilities would be the following: Ensure the success of Conti's winter tire strategy by successful target approval development for OEMs worldwide Usage of vehicle performance and tire characteristics prediction tools and driving of future tool development Support the development of the best middle European winter and all-season tire line Support the product development of middle European winter and all-season tire line Development for range extensions of running product lines Qualifications Academic degree (university of applied science or higher) in engineering, natural science or similar fields of study First work experience in a R&D environment, incl. Project and Stakeholder Management experience Good analytical, communication and presentation skills High interest in vehicle dynamics and simulations (incl. good Matlab experience) Experience in target approval development Fluent English language skills (written and spoken), German skills are beneficial Self driven and like to work with different interfaces Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
