You are responsible for driving technological advancements and creative solutions within our organization, often working to create products, improve processes, or systems.

  • Conduct research to identify new technologies, tools, and methodologies that can benefit the company.
  • Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and experiments to validate new ideas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive PoCs into a usable product by ensuring technological fit.
  • Assist in developing a blueprint for streamlining and standardizing new technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative ideas.
  • Work with various departments and teams to foster a culture of innovation.
  • Lead or contribute to innovation projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that projects meet business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate and collaborate on ideas and initiatives within the Lufthansa Group.
