- Provide technical support by addressing detailed queries (e.g., "The scanner does not work with JSF, what should I do?", "How do I resolve a .NET version incompatibility?").
- Lead the further development and optimization of the OSS Review Toolkit (ORT) to enhance performance and align with MHP-specific requirements.
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of compliance tools.
- Develop concepts and strategies for automated vulnerability checks, backup/restore solutions, and process optimizations.
- Contribute to internal guidelines and best practices, such as integrating FOSS components into SAP UI5 applications.
- Manage the configuration, setup, and continuous improvement of the MHP OSO toolchain.
- Perform manual security and license compliance scans, assess vulnerabilities in open-source libraries, and support continuous improvements in FOSS governance.
- Collaborate with legal, security, and development teams to ensure software projects adhere to licensing regulations.
- Proven experience with at least two dependency managers/build tools (e.g., npm, Maven, Gradle).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Strong programming and scripting knowledge (e.g., Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Shell scripting).
- Experience in tool deployment and configuration within a cloud/on-prem environment.
- Familiarity with software compliance principles, security vulnerabilities, and open-source licensing models.
- Strong problem-solving skills to debug and optimize compliance and scanning tools.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of FOSS license management tools (e.g., FOSSology, OSS Review Toolkit – ORT).- Prior experience in developing compliance frameworks or working with open-source legal teams.- Understanding of code repository management (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab).
- Contributions to open-source projects or experience working within the open-source community.
- Experience with Kubernetes/Docker for containerized deployments.
- Familiarity with SAP UI5 applications and integration of open-source components.

- Working hours: full time (40h); 27 vacation days
