You set the vision for Austrian Airlines' ground customer experience, focusing on Vienna hub
You lead the Vienna hub lounge product, defining its overall experience, operating model, infrastructure & facility design

You have a master's degree in business, hospitality or related field and have accumulated more than seven years of experience in customer-focused roles
You bring at least five years of experience in leadership roles
You have proven experience in managing complex and large-scale projects
You possess a strong and infectious customer obsession mindset, combined with a high level of creativity, drive and focus on innovation
You have experience in managing large-scale operations
You demonstrate a proven ability to develop service and hospitality concepts, ideally with specific experience in the airline industry
You have expertise in managing cross-functional teams
You possess excellent oral and written communications skills in German and English
You have unrestricted access to the Austrian job market
