WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our unit Agricultural Solutions Expert Services provides high-quality services to units within the Agricultural Solutions operating division of the BASF group.

• In our unit, you will lead a team by taking on disciplinary leadership, assigning work tasks, setting targets, and regularly evaluating performance through ongoing feedback.
• Furthermore, your enthusiasm for sustainability as well as your entrepreneurial understanding, will help you to ensure excellent service delivery in your team.
• You have a very close relationship with our internal partners in the Operating Division Agricultural Solutions as well as with other BASF units, ensuring efficient stakeholder management and clear priorities in service delivery.
• Additionally, you act as project manager for the operational governance of the AP Data Platform, where you support and advance the cataloging of AP Data.
• You define the ownership and classification of data sets and rectify the current ownership and confidentiality classifications.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• completed diploma or master's degree
• initial professional experience as well as initial experience in employee management preferable
• experience in agriculture is an advantage
• know how in the optimization of internal processes and structures as well as in projects for the continuous improvement of business processes
• strong communication skills in English, German would be an advantage high customer and service orientation open and motivating way of leading employees

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 70.000 - 74.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus depending on the success of the company and individual performance.
