Bloomberg Data is looking for a highly motivated Team Leader to lead our Events and Transcripts team with direct reports in New Jersey and London. In this role, you are required to be a hands-on leader that can effectively manage, motivate, and develop a hard-working team with strong subject-matter expertise, technical skills, and strategic development. You will mentor your team to improve quality and timeliness of the product, as well as continuously enhance the product with evolving client needs and evolving technologies in machine learning and generative AI. This position requires extensive global communication and internal partner management with Analytics, Sales, Analytics, News, Engineering, Bloomberg Intelligence, and other Data teams. Your role is key in ensuring consistency of standards and collaborating with others to oversee the delivery of accurate and timely events data and transcript product whilst continually seeking new ways to operate more efficiently.
