Team Lead Logistics

You should meet the following requirements:

• 4-5 years of logistics, warehouse, or transportation experience
• Knowledge of supply chain, inventory, distribution, and management principles
• Must have prior experience with adhering to customs regulations and compliance in the UAE

• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic language skills
• Proficiency in MS-Office, SAP GTS, and web control Inventory management system
• Shouls possess knowledge of freight movements via air, sea, and land
• Proficient in aircraft parts and US export control regulations
• Familiarity with dangerous goods regulations
• Ability to manage, coach, and train direct reports
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Commercial awareness and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
• Good planning, time management, and organizational skills
• Proactive, innovative, and able to handle pressure
• Excellent communication, presentation, and assertiveness skills
• Willingness to travel and participate in various projects
