Team Lead Continental Network Planning

Your main tasks include, among others:

• Develop continental network offer of LHG for the perspective of OS, flight plan scenarios for the full flight plan horizon considering external and internal influences and conditions

• Shape LHG’s continental network strategy with focus on SN
• Assessment of network scenarios
• Ensure revenue optimal capacity allocation
• Structure, optimize and implement structural flight plans, IATA drafts, preliminary drafts and the main expenses
• Ensure program adjustments in reaction to demand fluctuation, market changes and irregularities for continental flights from hub BRU
• Ensure efficient and effective scheduling and slot management
• Publication, management and optimization of flight plans for scheduled and charter services
• Secure alignment of planning parameters across all operational departments
• Leadership, motivation and development of colleagues, appropriate design of organization and processes in delegation range, incl. special focus on development of people and know-how strategy
