Talent Acquisition Specialist with German - Junior Consultant (f/m/d)

• Preparing contracts for new hires of different levels, ensuring all necessary legal documents are correct and available
• Managing candidates in our system, keeping all data up-to-date and documenting the recruiting process
• Being responsible for the Talent Acquisition and Integration department mailbox, processing requests and answering inquiries
• Taking part in the recruiting process by assisting recruiters with scheduling interviews, screening, and communication with candidates
• Collaborating with the Employer Branding and Integration teams - involvement in not only the Recruiting process but also the beginning and end of it – for example, by helping organize events to attract talent and integrating New Joiners after their start
• Being responsible for other internal processes that play key roles in the Talent Acquisition workflow – such as employee recommendations, recruiting hotline, demand management, documentation for refunding travel expenses to candidates, and integration processes
• Training new colleagues and actively working to improve processes

• Must haves: Ability to work in an organized manner and according to procedures
• Focus on business needs and work by priorities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Nice-to-have: previous experience

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days

• Language skills: confident German at C1 level and business-fluent English
