Together we design production processes and manufacturing technologies, manage industrial processes from procurement to plant engineering and maintenance and are responsible for quality management systems for product and process quality.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WITH US:

• You run and monitor the NPI / ToW Process: Supplier selection and qualification, Parts development, Industrialization, and deploy the APQP Methodology.
• You ensure the coordination of the Customer’s and Supplier’s process actors As Design Office, Manufacturing Engineering, Program, Procurement, Supply Chain Quality, Production, and others.
• You assess the Supplier, possibly on the supplier’s site.
• You secure the achievement of the project milestones and ensure the on-time, on-quality availability of the first serial production batch.
• You perform the First Article Inspection documentation check and possibly the check on the supplier’s site.

YOU CONVINCE US WITH:

• A completed technical degree or a comparable qualification in quality management, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a similar field.
• Experience in Quality Management standards: ISO 9001 / EN 9100, Root Cause Analysis, Process Compliance and APQP.
• Good knowledge in Project Management, Planning and reporting
• Good knowledge in New Part Introduction (NPI), Transfer of Work (ToW) and Product Industrialization.
• MFT Lead Skills: Presentation and Minutes of Meeting, Planning and Drumbeating.
• Skywise, SAP and Google Suite (Google Sheet, Google Slide, Google Looker Data Studio.
• Professional working proficiency in German and English.
