- Functional consultant on the SuccessFactors PMGM module with strong implementation experience
- Work independently on implementing the SF PMGM solution and/or acting as Stream Lead for the PMGM implementation team
- Deliver process design workshops and system configuration while managing the implied client steering, advisory activities, and project methodology
- Work closely with consultants handling other SuccessFactors modules to ensure a smooth integration
- Active participation in the UAT phases, ensuring the system meets the business requirements and works as expected
- Conduct training sessions with the customer on how to use the PMGM module effectively
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support, troubleshooting and delivering system enhancements based on customer's feedback and SAP new releases
- SuccessFactors PMGM active certification
- Experienced in stream-leading and hands-on delivery within the SuccessFactors Talent & Performance suite
- A minimum of 2 implementation projects of SF PMGM
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset to build and foster continuous trust within the internal team and clients
Things to know before departure:
- Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
- Working hours: full-time (40h), 27 vacation days
