Student Services Assistant

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Arranges travel, housing, and transportation for LAT US students, staff, and visitors
• Serves as a point of contact for third-party customers regarding facility maintenance
• Prepares and distributes meeting minutes, emails about campus maintenance, events, holidays, and dormitory notices
• Manages student arrivals: uniforms, flight supplies, welcome folders, airport transportation, briefings, and fingerprinting
• Handles student departures: room inspections, property returns, debt clearance, travel coordination
• Supports admin tasks: mail collection, scanning, correspondence, calls, visitor tours, and supply orders
• Assists with special projects
