SWISS Station Performance Managers are experts in the field of ground operations, bringing with them profound knowledge and experience. Furthermore, they are capable of processing and interpreting vast amounts of operational data, combining them with their own experience to propose improvements.

• High degree of understanding in the field of aircraft operations
• Working experience in the area of ground operations desired
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, reporting systems, collaboration platforms desired
• Fluent communication/writing skills in English, German skills are an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, quick perception of organizational setups and processes.
• Mature communication skills
• Persuasive personality with natural authority
• Team oriented, efficient in collaborating within a cross-functional and geographically spread organization.
• Good conflict management skills with the ability to compromise
• Ability to easily and quickly adapt to changing cultures and environments
