Partnering with our worldwide product owners, you will help to launch, operate, localize and expand Brand Protection tools and programs.
You will closely collaborate with multiple internal teams including Product, Tech, and Program teams to launch new Amazon stores as well as improve current processes and actively train local business teams.
Key job responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Program Manager to spearhead our Brand Registry program's brand protection and abuse detection initiatives. This pivotal role is essential in preserving our Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE), thwarting bad actors, and expanding the world's largest brand protection program.
1. Lead brand protection and abuse detection initiatives for Brand Registry
2. Implement global monitoring systems and launch Brand Protection programs in new stores
3. Oversee changes with partner teams and support expansion projects
4. Collaborate on new features and improvements for critical tools
5. Develop training for local teams and manage cross-organizational programs
6. Drive project delivery, own communication, and manage KPI reporting
7. Engage with global units to share best practices and improve launch strategies
8. Manage post-launch support and influence strategic process development
A day in the life
As a Senior Program Manager in Brand Protection, your day centers on safeguarding Amazon's Trustworthy Shopping Experience globally. You'll lead initiatives to detect and prevent brand abuse, collaborating across product, tech, and regional teams. Activities include reviewing reports, strategic planning for market expansions, KPI analysis, cross-functional meetings, training sessions, and stakeholder communications. You'll balance immediate operational needs with long-term goals, continuously improving Amazon's brand protection efforts worldwide.

The Brand Protection International Expansion team's vision is driving Amazon's global strategy for safeguarding brand integrity and customer trust. The team oversees worldwide expansion of key programs like Brand Registry, Project Zero, and Automated Brand Protection and ensures the same program adoption across international stores. They collaborate closely with the Amazon Expansion team and local regional business units.
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- MBA, or Master's degree
- Master's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- Ability to influence without direct authority and work effectively across organizational boundaries
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus
