EU Global Fleet and Products (GFP) within Amazon Logistics is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead the Fleet Service Center (FSC) Program to maintain and improve the EU Last Mile Fleet’s operational readiness.

Key job responsibilities
· Build strategic relationships and long-term partnerships.
· Build and implement 3P strategies that improve EU AMZL operational readiness.
· Set, align and audit goals across internal and external teams.
· Seek out commercial opportunities with external partners as well as internal teams to unlock broader initiatives.
· Present results in regular Business Review meetings to key internal stakeholders and executives.
· Build accountability mechanisms for 3P vendors.
· Partner with the global product management team and operations team to influence the long-term roadmap to grow EU AMZL.
A day in the life
As our fleet continues to grow, so do the opportunities to join a team that is directly involved with keeping our vehicles moving. The Fleet Products team is looking for a Senior Manager to set the strategic direction of the program and manage the day-to-day execution of FSC launch and operation.
This role will build strategic relationships, develop deals, and manage vendor execution to support EU AMZL's last mile fleet. Working closely with Amazon and 3P business executives, this individual will design a strategy in strategic partnerships that enhance our existing programs and products.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business judgement and a business background that enables them to earn trust at 3P C-Suite/VP level to drive an engagement. They will have a technical, engineering and/or business development background that enables them to establish credibility with customer and partner teams. Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not a necessity. This role will lead a team of six direct reports.

- Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
- Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
- Experience in a professional field or military
- Experience writing technical articles, speaking at technology conferences, and contributing to open source
- Experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are large in scope
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
