Specialist People Data Reporting (m/f/d)

As a Specialist in our team People Data Reporting Services, you are responsible for the annual preparation, execution and review of the global personnel and social reporting data collection and validation, ensuring that BASF’s largest reporting campaigns run smoothly. Furthermore, you analyze and evaluate a wide range of data, including data from HR systems (e. g. HRBW, SAP-HR) and controlling systems (e. g. COINS, Cobalt), making sure that we comply with legal guidelines and corporate standards.

• You have the opportunity to learn data reporting and develop project management skills working on BASF’s global reporting campaigns.
• You ensure high data quality both in data collection and reporting, using state of the art tools.
• You are the contact person for HRBPs and leaders and advise them within your area of competence.
• You train and consult participants on global reporting campaigns in terms of data handling.
• You get an in-depth understanding of the structure and HR processes behind a large global company.

• degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or similar relevant fields
• professional experience in a role concerned with reporting aspects or a comparable role in HR, Finance or Controlling is a plus
• knowledge and understanding of reporting processes as well as HR processes
• structured with strong self-organization, committed service mindset, self-driven, and cooperative
• fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills, German skills are a plus

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 38.000 - 44.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
