Specialist P&C Reporting with Focus CSRD (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In our global unit People Data, Analytics and Digital Solutions we focus on leveraging data to optimize HR processes, enhance decision-making, ensure compliance and drive strategic initiatives. We implement digital solutions to streamline operations, automate tasks, and enhance overall productivity.

• In this role, you are responsible for the creation and analysis of sustainability and ESG-related personnel data, which includes key areas such as diversity, equity, and working conditions.
• Ensuring data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements in HR reporting is a critical aspect of this position.
• You work closely with internal stakeholders, including People & Culture, Controlling, and Sustainability teams, to enhance data transparency and improve reporting practices.
• Your support is essential in the further development of HR metrics and reporting standards.
• Additionally, you prepare and present HR reports for management and external stakeholders, providing valuable insights that drive informed decision-making.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
• professional work experience in HR Analytics or other comparable fields; ideally also initial experience in HR-related CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) reporting
• strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• excellent problem-solving abilities, enabling effective resolution of complex issues
• proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating a strong independent work ethic
• fluent in both German and English, facilitating effective communication in diverse environments
