Spare parts catalogue coordinator – Prague

o Checking the spare parts lists from suppliers, consulting their content with constructors
o Identifying missing spare parts in PDM using MS Office Excel macro
o Coordinating the addition of missing articles in PDM
o Creation of the spare parts catalogue structure for individual projects in PDM
o Checking and managing the spare parts catalogue data for client interface
o Communication and cooperation with colleagues from the Czech republic and other countries

o Systematic and detail – oriented analytical thinker
o Communicative team player that's also capable of working independently
o Proficiency in English/German (at least one), other languages desired
o Basic understanding of the structure of railway vehicles
o Experience with PDM systems (ideally SmarTeam, TeamCenter etc.) required
o Experience working with databases in MS Excel overlapping with macro
programming
o Experience with Catalog Creator preferred

Medium expert level. You can start immediately or upon agreement.
