Social Media Marketing (80%, all genders)

The social media team functions as channel owner and go-to hub for state-of-the-art content to engage with our guests. It is an important interface in a dynamic marketing and communication environment - responsible for content planning & reporting, projects and a consistent social media strategy.

• Planning, creating and publishing content on all SWISS social media channels in accordance with the social media content and channel strategy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Threads)
• Community Management
• Coordinating communications with internal and external stakeholders including agency steering
• Developing new content concepts and identifying new trends on social media
• Setting up paid social campaigns to support content performance
• Evaluating and improving content performance according to OKRs
• Regular on-call assignments (with additional compensation) to ensure the social media team’s 24/7 availability for collaboration with the Crisis Communication Center
