Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the organization, management, and supervision of the assembly of machines, machine groups, and hydropower plant construction sites (electromechanical complete equipment with a focus on generators) in collaboration with project management, consortium partners, and customers.
- Additionally, you will be in charge of leading and planning the deployment of assembly supervisors and assembly companies.
- The portfolio also includes technical project support for the components of the respective delivery scope.
- You will coordinate the smooth assembly process with customers, consultants, authorities, and suppliers.
- Your tasks include recording and monitoring costs as well as ensuring and overseeing safety and quality requirements.
- You ensure regular documentation of construction progress and deviations and promote proactive assembly planning.
- You implement and monitor adherence to the schedule on the construction site according to the master time schedule.
Your Profile
- You have completed technical training or hold a degree as a technician (m/f/d).
- Furthermore, you have many years of experience in construction management, assembly, assembly supervision, and ideally, commissioning of power plant equipment (preferably generators in hydropower plants).
- Good French and English skills, as well as additional foreign language skills, are desirable.
- You impress with an open and confident demeanor when dealing with customers, suppliers, and other project participants, coupled with cooperation skills, loyalty, flexibility, and resilience.
