Shift Quality Technician
Shift Quality Technician
Responsibilities:
- Quality check and control of fabrics, which including: WIP/Final products quality review/QC cards release; for any spec out of tolerance, it needs to be reviewed with Process & Technology team.
- Raise the request for quality improvement and follow up the result.
- Organize quality improvement.
- Conduct/implement inspection specification and inspection method.
- Responsible for quality issue investigation and corrective actions follow up.
- To organize and carry out quality supervision and inspection.
- Lead internal NCR investigation and corrective actions follow up.
- To support planning, production delivery on time (Follow up the manufacture of key orders, fast reaction to the qulaity deviation. Coordinator for the problem solving for the key machines and key orders at the middle and night shift.)
- Committed to propagandize quality consciousness and transmit the external and internal quality information to operators.
- Other task assigned by top management.
- Strictly follow company HSE operating detailed rules, Use PPE properly.
Requirements:
- College degree or above.
- Texitile, paper industry, electronic experience is a plus.
- Outstanding recent graduates.
- Basic office software.
- Good communication skill.
- Basic english skill for read&write.
- Good analysis skill for abnormal productions.
