Your responsibilities:
Technical and commercial preparation of conversion quotations according to customer requirements
Order entry and support of conversion orders
Preparation and support of service meetings at customer site
Develop and supervise customer-specific service contracts
Actively follow up service support initiatives with key accounts
Handling technical quality complaints
Provide technical support for new service products
Continuous improvement of service processes & tools
Your profile:
Preferably a combined technical and commerical education (industrial or mechanical engineering, business administration or comparable)
Several years of professional experience in technical sales of machinery and plant engineering, preferably in the food/beverage industry
Very good data processing skills (MS Office/MS Project)
Danish and English Business fluent, German is an advantage
Goal-oriented and structured way of working
Team player, assertive and pro-active
Efficient time management and flexible to work assignment according to project requirements
Willingness to travel abroad, primarily in Nordic countries
