Your responsibilities:
First point of contact for our customers for Service topics
Offer processing for spare parts and machine modifications (conversions) and follow-up management of offers
Commercial order clarification and order processing (order entry, checking material availability and deadline monitoring)
Commercial order processing (creation of delivery documents and invoices and clarifying overdue payments)
Handling quality claims, goods returns and repairs
Follow-up of spare part and conversion part deliveries
Tracking of delivery documents and communicating tracking information to customers
Support the continuous improvement of systems and processes
Your profile:
Commercial professional with experience in customer service or business administration, preferably in a technical and/or service oriented company
Dutch/English Business fluent, German is an advantage
Experience in processing letters of credit transactions
Very good SAP and MS Office knowledge
Experience with e-commerce systems
Open and approachable personality
Team player, assertive and pro-active
Goal-oriented and structured way of working
High level of independence, flexibility and resilience
