TasksTasks
  • You will act as a people manager – Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance review, Learning and Development, salary review, objective definition agreements;
  • You will be responsible for training and mentoring new colleagues;
  • You will ensure that internal controls are in place and always followed by the project team;
  • You will be in charge of effective resource allocation on project and staffing;
  • You will support business strategy and portfolio development;
  • You will monitor and review client’s project activities and ensure SLA & KPI objective achievements;
  • You will be in charge of process optimization, automation and escalation management;
  • You will support in Service transitions;
  • You will offer high quality Support for IT issues and requests including VIPs and senior management Customers via phone & email;
  • You will determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers;
  • You need to have availability for business trips;
QualificationsQualifications
  • Previous experience in team management or leadership roles within IT Support, Helpdesk, Service Desk or related fields;
  • Helpdesk 1st experience mandatory and preferably also 2nd Level experience;
  • Customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult users;
  • Very good troubleshooting skills and able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution;
  • Strong skills in written and spoken in German and English;
  • Good understanding of computer systems (Windows and MAC), mobile devices, printing, and other tech products;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Basic Active directory and M365 knowledge;
  • Windows OS troubleshooting and management;

Nice to have:

  • MS exchange, Intune, DSM, Mobile Iron, iOS;
  • Knowledge and experience of customer service practices;
  • ITIL awareness;

  • Start: by arrangement, always on the 1st and 15th of the month
  • Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
  • Employment contract: Unlimited

  • Language skills: Fluency in German and English
  • Flexibility & willingness to travel
  • Other: a valid work permit
