Senior UX/UI Designer (f/m/x) – Corporate Bank Technology - Commercial Banking Online

Commercial Banking Tribe

You’ll be joining the Commercial Bank Tribe, who is focusing on the special needs of the small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, a designated area for further growth and investment within Corporate Bank.

We are responsible for the digital transformation of ~800.000 clients in 3 brands, i.e. the establishment of the BizBanking platform including development of digital sales and service processes as well as the automation of processes for this client segment.

From first scribbles to the pixel(point)-perfect UI for our financial service applications, your creativity leads you through any obstacles at work.

We are looking for an UX / UI designer (m/w/d) to strengthen our team and help us develop innovative banking services.

Your passions are user-centered design, design thinking, usability and UI design. You perfectly know the design patterns of iOS & Android but also state of the art web technologies such as React, Angular or Vue.js and have fun creating the best experience for the user.

Your key responsibilities

• You analyze new and complex requirements from the business and the user’s point of view and develop the UX and the Visual Design in interdisciplinary teams

• You work according to the "user centered design" processes, especially in the context of mobile & web projects of various sizes and complexities

• You develop the look and feel of the brand and routinely implement all design details up to the documentation

• In prototyping sessions, you consider target groups and user requirements with an eye for holistic user experience

Your skills and experiences

• You have comprehensive knowledge in user experience and user interface design, and you know the iOS User Interface Guidelines and Android Material Guidelines by heart

• You are an expert in leading design & prototyping tools like Figma and Sketch (must), Adobe Creative Cloud, Flinto, InVision or similar

• Your portfolio speaks for yourself, your design talent,
your meticulous work and your understanding of design as a problem-solving process

• You are courageous and open for new things, you enjoy sharing your experience as well as spreading your enthusiasm

• You are experienced in working agile and familiar with tools such as Jira and Confluence

• You are fluent in written and spoken English
