• Steer the technology Rubbers, Plastisols & Preformed Parts across all divisions at global scale
• Drive strategic technology development, addressing requirements along sustainability, innovation, cost, capacity, and manufacturing footprint
• Define a synchronized global technology strategy & roadmap, with long-term focus, in close cooperation with your network by translating the needs of our Strategic Business Units into Operations & Supply Chain, Innovation, and Purchasing priorities
• Develop, coordinate & execute impactful key strategic initiatives and action plans with your stakeholders to ensure a swift roll-out while fostering exchange and collaboration across the functions
• Optimize product profitability and cost projects on a global level in alignment with Product Management
• Establish technology assessments and definition providing global guidance & assignment, and lead global technology community

• Master’s Degree or equivalent academic qualification in Chemistry, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience in chemical / technical fields with strong business understanding and affinity for sustainability trends
• Pro-active and self-motivated personality with strategic way of thinking and proven capability to drive transformational initiatives on a global scale in multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent analytical skills paired with a demonstrated ability to manage matters of high complexity, by linking various information and deriving conclusions
• Proficiency in digital tools and strong communication & presentation skills, preferably with experience in top management interaction
• Fluent English language skills are mandatory
