WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In our Customs team you build up knowledge and analyze new laws, regulations and agreements for your respective region.

• From day one you initiate, coordinate and monitor process-oriented risk assessments and risk mitigation measures. 
• You analyze internal and external customs data and present the results in a standardized format such as the customs dashboard.  
• Your responsibilities include working in close coordination with the Customs Audit & Legal Advisory Team to ensure compliance and reporting to the BASF Corporate Center and local Customs Authorities. 
• The promotion of regional knowledge transfer to customs communities of practice and the involvement of business expert communities and customs communities to ensure globally defined processes round the range of tasks. 

WHAT YOU OFFER

• completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Customs, Supply Chain or a related field of studies 
• relevant professional experience and extensive knowledge in the fields of customs and foreign trade  
• strong communication skills in both German and English 
• analytical and future oriented way of thinking
