Join the great team of Vehicle Repair & Maintenance (ACM-VRM) with this exciting job opportunity as Senior Sales Manager.  Be a game-changer in our organization by leading professionals from diverse backgrounds to achieve common goals and drive organizational success.  With the vehicle repair and maintenance market e-Mobility transformation, would you dare to make an impact?  

  • Lead strategy execution to achieve agreed targets (incl full country P&L responsibility, KP, rolling forecast), and regularly review progress against targets and develop plans to address deviations
  • Set business vision and unite/synchronize the entire organization and its supporters towards its achievement
  • Plan organizational set-up (incl hiring, talent development, training, retention, succession planning)
  • Coach and develop your team to unlock their full potential, and create and shape an innovative, collaborative, diverse, inclusive, and inspiring work environment
  • Lead the VRM management team, sub-teams, and supporting functions to bring our expertise to our customers and deliver an excellent customer experience (Sales Excellence, Key Account Management)
  • Scale our business by strengthening partnerships with direct customers and distribution partners, and building required Go To Market plans to successfully convert new areas of opportunity
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit in your actions to adapt our business model to capture and succeed in the transformation of the vehicle repair and maintenance market (i.e. switch to eMobility)
YOUR SKILLS
  • University Degree in Management / Engineering / Science
  • Minimum of 7 years sales experience, ideally in B2B, including people leadership
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills to develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
  • Fluent in German and English
