Senior Project Manager Global People Services (m/f/diverse) Apply now Senior Project Manager Global People Services (m/f/diverse) Description The Project Manager Global People Services (m/f/diverse) is responsible for the design, setup and implementation of projects within the GPS organization. Mainly focussing of re-organization and integration projects but also the implementation of new HR Technology products or their further rollout. The project manager has to ensure the implementation in time, within budget and that the objectives are met.Project Management:Overall responsible project manager from GPS perspective in significant global and regional M&A activities, organizational changes and integration projects but also the implementation of new HR Technology products or their further rollout Ensures success of the overall project Builds up necessary project structures and organization (project team, steering etc) as well as project & capacity plans Determines deliverables and measures to evaluate project progress and completion Controls progress and reviews the quality of the work completed with the project teams / work streams on a regular basis to ensure that project standards are met Coordinates steering meetings and regularly report to steering members and other stakeholders Creates and implements the end-to-end change management framework for the concept implementation (as needed together with the communication & change management)Project Work: Collaboration within and beyond project team to ensure that the project achieves the defined objectives Work on assigned workstreams and perform related tasks Perform relevant tasks with regards to the GPS Re-Organization tool Consult Sector / BA HR representatives with regards to organizational changes and integrationsHR Technology Platform Owner (e.g. for UKG Platform): Business owner of the new global HR Technologies (e.g. of UKG) including appropriate governance Lead the definition, building and implementation to ensure a globally harmonized approach for relevant HR topics like EPA, HR Inbox to support critical business processes Define and establish data services based on the global platform (e.g. UKG platform), such as rules and regulations for data requests regarding reporting, auditing, etc., especially taking into account data protection, labor relations, data security and documentation requirements Responsible for continuous improvements within the framework for the global platform (e.g. UKG platform) Represent HR towards UKG regarding requirements and continuous improvement Qualifications Academic Degree in Business, Human Relations or Information Technology Min. of 3 years experience in Human Relations or adjacent functional areas Advanced Project Management Skills and min. of 3 years project management experience Advanced (functional) leadership skills Fluent English Language Skills (spoken & written) Global as well as Regional HR Data & Technologies Expertise Experience with working in a global matrix organization Very good communication and stakeholder management skills Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
