To keep this flywheel spinning, we’re looking for an exceptional Product and Program Manager for Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) in Berlin to help us reinvent our business once again.
In this role, you will work on growth initiatives for Amazon’s Marketplace selling partners within “Fulfilment by Amazon” (FBA). FBA is essential for our selling partners to target Prime customers, and to expand their business internationally with minimum investment in own infrastructure. We want to build on the success of our lighthouse program Pan-European Fulfilment by Amazon and initiatie new, disruptive ideas for future growth. You will also be part of the DE FBA Business team, analyzing our performance and working on improvement measures above and below the line.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in business strategy, product development, large-scale execution, and entrepreneurial innovation. They have a demonstrated track record of successful project management/ownership; juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines; influencing employees at all levels of the organization; and demonstrating very good judgement as well as backbone and convictions. They are analytically strong, enthusiastic, self-motivated, customer-focused, and have strong writing skills.
Key job responsibilities
As Senior Product Manager FBA you will be responsible for EU-wide aspects of the FBA program development. You will work closely with the FBA Supply Chain and Operations as well as EU Account Management teams to assure high Seller Experience by understanding and addressing key blockers to adoption and commitment, and trouble-shoot process issues including recommendations for resolution. In this role, you will also closely align with the main stakeholders of specific projects such as the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) Program to make sure that programs and processes are interlinked.
For this position, we expect..
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- A strong background (several years with Bachelor) of relevant work experience in product/program management or general business management
- Excellent analytical aptitude, coupled with strong Microsoft Excel and SQL skills; experience reporting compelling and concise data insights to leadership
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with track record for delivering results in fast-moving and demanding environments
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders in both business and technical roles
- Experience with developing processes that drive scale
- Proficiency in English

- Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) from top-tier program
- History of developing business strategy in conjunction with senior leadership
- High degree of product ownership
- Experience in the eCommerce / retail industry / supply chain
