WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In this position, you will play a key role in a major global transformation project that will significantly shape the future setup and success of BASF's Agricultural Solutions business. This role is crucial for developing target group-specific communication initiatives for various internal audiences, from top leadership to all employees, ensuring consistent and transparent information about the transformation journey.

• You develop target group-specific key messages and communication assets by creating tailored presentations, factsheets, FAQs, and other communication materials for internal stakeholders.
• Furthermore, you create, manage, and enhance content for internal communication channels, including the Intranet, MS Stream, and other platforms, while continuously improving their functionalities.
• You organize and prepare global internal communication activities by planning and executing global communication events, such as virtual info sessions and open-door activities.
• You support regional and local communication teams by providing guidance and assistance in project-related communications as well as ensure alignment and consistency in our global communication strategies.
• Additionally, you assess the effectiveness of communication strategies by monitoring and evaluating their performance, making necessary adjustments to enhance their impact.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• completed degree with professional experience in at least two previous positions in a comparable field
• proven experience in project management and communications is a plus
• in-depth knowledge of writing skills, text layout, and conceptual thinking, along with experience in stakeholder management
• strong communication and presentation skills in English, as well as very good proficiency in German
• familiar with standard IT applications, with preferred skills in content management and graphic/design software

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 46.000 - 56.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus depending on the success of the company and individual performance.
