The Amazon EU Heavy Bulky and Services team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager. This role offers the flexibility to be based in Munich, London, Paris, Milan, or Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will own the Heavy Bulky Pricing and Promotions workstreams and collaborate closely with Retail partner teams to optimize their performance end-to-end. You will further identify and launch new growth opportunities for the Heavy Bulky business.
Key job responsibilities
- Process Implementation: Design and implement processes and mechanisms to drive adoption and efficiency across a large organization.
- Data analysis: Dive deep into large sets of data, identify root causes and define & own solutions.
- Strategic Vision and Optimization: Utilize your extensive experience to understand complex business questions, re-think and optimize existing structures, and deliver significant impact across the company.
- Expert Influencer: Leverage your expertise in influencing and navigating a wide network of stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Think big to identify new opportunities how to grow the business, and find ways to test, measure and implement
- Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, effectively conveying complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment, demonstrating agility and resilience in response to changing priorities and challenges.
A day in the life
- You will develop and continuously update strategies for Pricing and Promotions within EU HBS.
- You will analyze data to draw conclusions and convince partner teams to collaborate and to prioritize Heavy Bulky initiatives.
- You will own the execution of deals events from Heavy Bulky side, aligning stakeholders and expextations and providing leadership updates
- You will identify growth opportunities for the business and find scrappy solutions to implement and test, ahead of launching at full scale.
About the team
The Heavy Bulky & Services team is a cross-category team that optimizes how Amazon handles and fulfills Heavy Bulky products, from website communications to customer service and supply chain execution.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
