What you'll do

  • Act as a strategic partner to our leadership team and deliver technical and strategic HR advice across a range of areas
  • Drive innovation & develop state of the art HR products
  • Create and implement effective HR concepts and use our core values as the baseline for your work
  • Communicate our vision to different stakeholders using your solid moderation and story telling skills
  • Work closely with the leadership team to discuss people challenges and provide guidance
  • Bring people expertise and develop solutions to help the business areas to deliver their strategy
  • Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency
  • Share your knowledge, skills & perspectives to foster the personal and professional growth of colleagues

What you'll need

  • At least 6 years of experience working as an HR Professional in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. A background in Tech preferred
  • Proven hands-on attitude, are flexible, and adaptable and know how to inspire your colleagues
  • Performance-driven attitude and experience working with OKRs
  • Solid knowledge of German Labor Law
  • Fluent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level)
