WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Within our Customer Service Order Management & Pricing team, which is part of the Global Supply Chain Team, we ensure an essential service for our highly demanding customers. You´re dealing with international customers on a daily basis. Join our team as soon as possible and ensure together with us high-quality Customer Service!

  • In this position you coordinate manufacturing, warehousing and logistic providers in order to ensure availability of stock and services required for order fulfillment and for achieving the desired service performance.
  • You are the primary contact for customers to answer service-related enquires and take necessary actions to solve problems including Non-Conformance Management and return of goods.
  • You do not only manage complex customers and material transfer orders, but also communicate about order status with internal and external partners as well as drive alignment between departments and tasks.
  • Moreover, you produce and monitor the sales forecast on advanced monthly basis in close cooperation with Account Management and the business.
  • You check customer`s credit status and communicate with them to settle credit and account receivables issues to support a low Days sales outstanding and smooth order process.
  • Lastly, you take an active role in solutions for the business, provide support on complex tasks and execute independent projects in the field of Supply Chain and Customer Service.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • completed Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in business and commerce or a comparable degree or certification
  • several years of professional experience in logistic, customer service and/or business supply chain in both domestic and international markets as well as experience in global organization and matrix structures
  • advanced knowledge of respective SAP modules, processes and systems as well as a good understanding of Office 365; experience in Sales Forces is a plus
  • fluent communication in English and ideally in another foreign language
  • excellent organizational and networking skills as well as ability to analyze data for process improvements
  • flexibility and ability to manage complex processes and questions with attention to detail

  • Location-independent working models with defined days of presence in Berlin and residence in Germany.
  • Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks.
  • Gross annual salary: 33.000 - 37.000€, depending on your qualification and professional experience, 38.000 - 44.000 € possible with correspondingly higher qualifications.
  • In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
