• You work with colleagues on complex projects in strategy consulting and provide impactful solutions for businesses and functions all across BASF.
• You identify potential for improvement in each project and advise the management team in an emphatic and competent manner.
• From Day 1, you get to apply your skills and contribute your ideas in running projects.
• Throughout all project phases, you communicate in a clear and open manner with all parties involved.
• Our end-to-end consulting services allow you to accompany a project from start to finish.

Ideally, you bring the following experiences and competencies to the team:

• professional experience in strategic consulting and project work, in a (global) strategy consulting firm
• depending on your qualifications and professional experience you start as Manager (3-5 years) or Senior Manager (5-7 years)
• expertise in project management methods as well as consulting methodology and approaches
• excellent communication skills in English
• convincing and competent advisor in client and stakeholder interactions
• open-minded, inclusive and reliable team player
