- Definition, evaluation and implementation of organization specific HR strategy based on Porsche´s company strategy
- Develop and establish policies, processes and practices that impact employee selection, placement, retention, development and reward
- Management of all operational HR processes
- Management of payroll process and benefits management for all staff.
- Manage the strategic / operational headcount planning and talent management, succesion planning and people agenda
- Corporate HR Standards, employment regulations and processes and com-pliance with relevant legal & internal requirements, including payroll taxes, gifts/donations and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
- Implement Corporate HR Compliance requirements
- Managing regular HR processes of the company with the potential support of external providers
QualificationsQualifications
- Master's degree in HR or General Management with min 5 years experience in similar roles
- Deep understanding of strategic objectives of Human Resources in the given market
- Extensive understanding of Porsche´s strategic goals and its´ basic strategic framework of HR processes and knowledge about all relevant departments. The holder of this function is responsible to reconcile all different interests and frame conditions, such as regional law, current labor agreements, company regulations, individual regulations and develop the best possible solution for Porsche
- Ability to operate with a high level of knowledge with everchanging Employment Law environment, managing risk to the business in a highly informed and meticulous manner
