• Strategische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung eines Portfolios von B2C-Verkäufern, insbesondere im Bereich Autoteile.

• Verantwortung für das GMV-Wachstum sowie den Ausbau des Advertising-Umsatzes deiner Accounts.

• Proaktive Beratung und Verkauf von Advertising-Lösungen (z. B. Promoted Listings) zur Steigerung von Sichtbarkeit und Absatz.

• Entwicklung individueller Wachstumsstrategien mit Fokus auf Sortimentsoptimierung, Pricing und Kampagnen.

• Analyse von Verkaufs- und Werbedaten zur Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams wie Advertising, Category Management, Marketing und Tech.

• Durchführung von regelmäßigen Business Reviews mit Fokus auf Performance, Markttrends und Potenziale.

• 8 Jahre+ Erfahrung im Account Management, idealerweise im E-Commerce oder Online-Marktplatz-Umfeld

• Du verfügst über Vertriebserfahrung in einem schnelllebigen, zielorientierten Umfeld und Erfahrung im Bereich Autoteile oder technisches Verständnis für Fahrzeugkomponenten von Vorteil

• Du bist es gewohnt, fokussiert auf Ziele hinzuarbeiten. Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Erfahrung im Umgang mit KPIs und Performance-Zielen

• Du hast ein hohes Maß an Überzeugungskraft beim Verkauf von Lösungen, auch in Situationen, in denen es unterschiedliche Auffassungen und Positionen gibt. Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert und gehst Herausforderungen überlegt und besonnen an.

• Du hast verschiedene Kommunikationsstile, um Gespräche effektiv zu managen und zu führen, Konflikte zu lösen und damit das Ergebnis zu beeinflussen.

• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (Muttersprachniveau) und hast sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache.
