YOUR ROLE
- Are you interested in creating value from data?
- Become part of our team and contribute to the development and optimization of Henkel’s data assets through innovative engineering practices
- Your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining a variety of data solutions, from analytics reporting pipelines to projects in data science, including GenAI applications
- Take on a diverse set of tasks within analytics, applying your expertise to contribute across different projects in the Henkel Consumer Brands
- Work collaboratively in our agile team setting, aiming for the swift delivery of high-quality data products
YOUR SKILLS
- Master’s degree in data engineering or a related field
- Experience in data engineering or data science, showcasing a history of developing and managing extensive data infrastructures
- Proficiency in Python and a good understanding of a cloud ecosystem, with a focus on cloud-based data solutions and services
- A strong base in software engineering principles, including familiarity with code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices
- Demonstrated skills in data modeling, feature engineering, and managing model lifecycles
- English communication skills, both in writing and speaking, to facilitate productive collaboration in an international team setting
